High-Pressure Dissolved Industrial Ozone Nanobubble Generator

The X-CN-400 is an integrated micro-nano bubble system that combines a high-concentration pure oxygen machine, a water-cooled ozone generator, and a control module into one unit. You don’t need to build a complex system—just plug in and start. During experiments, you can adjust bubble concentration, particle size, and flow rate in real time. Use ozone mode for advanced oxidation research, or pure oxygen mode for aquaculture oxygenation.

Hi there, I’m the X-CN-400—an all-in-one system designed to make your ozone micro-nano bubble research simpler and more efficient.

We started with a conventional 300-watt model and added three key components: a high-concentration pure oxygen machine, a water-cooled ozone generator, and an intelligent control module—all built into one compact unit. You no longer need to spend time setting up complex gas lines or worry about compatibility issues between different devices. Just plug in, set your parameters, and start your research.

Simply put, I’m an Ozone Nanobubble Generator, but more accurately, I’m an Integrated Ozone Micro-Nano Bubble System—everything you need, all in one place.

Why We Designed It This Way

Traditional ozone setup requires multiple devices vs all-in-one nanobubble generator

We visited many laboratories and found that researchers using ozone micro-nano bubbles often face the same challenges:

– You need separate oxygen cylinders or oxygen concentrators, taking up valuable lab space

– Ozone generators overheat, affecting experimental stability

– Connecting different devices requires complex tubing and parameter matching

– If you want to adjust bubble size or concentration, you need to switch equipment

So we designed the X-CN-400 to solve all these problems at once.

Your Experience Will Be Like This

When You Open the Box

You’ll find a compact main unit. No external oxygen cylinder needed. No external ozone generator needed. No complex control cabinet. The front panel has clear adjustment knobs and a display screen. The back panel has standard water and gas connections.

Starting an Experiment Takes Three Steps

Three step setup for X-CN-400 ozone nanobubble generator plug connect and go

  1. Connect to power (110V or 220V, both work)
  2. Connect your water (inlet and outlet hoses)
  3. Set your desired parameters

Then you’ll see milky-white, high-concentration micro-nano bubble water flowing from the outlet.

During the Experiment, You Can Adjust in Real Time

Need to run comparison studies? No problem. While the system is running, you can:

Adjust concentration:

From low to high density, just turn the knob

– Adjust particle size:

From micron to nano range, real-time adjustment without stopping

– Adjust flow rate:

Match the gas input to your reactor size

This means you can complete comparative experiments under different parameters on a single device—no switching equipment back and forth.

Core Features

  1. Three-in-One, Plug and Play

On top of the conventional 300W model, we’ve integrated:

High-concentration pure oxygen machine: 93±3% oxygen concentration, no external oxygen cylinder needed

Water-cooled ozone generator: Stable ozone production, water cooling ensures no overheating during long runs

Intelligent control module: Real-time monitoring and adjustment of all parameters

This is what we mean by Micro nano/ozone/oxygen production integrated—three modes in one machine.

  1. Three Adjustable Parameters for Flexible Research

Adjustable concentration: Bubble density from sparse to dense, controlled by a knob

Adjustable particle size: From tens of microns to hundreds of nanometers, adjustable online

Adjustable flow rate: Precise gas input control for different experimental needs

As a Gas-Liquid Shearing Ozone Reactor, I let you explore how different bubble characteristics affect your experimental results—all on the same device.

  1. Multiple Technologies Working Together

I combine several proven technical principles:

Gas-Liquid Shearing: High shear forces break gas into micro-nano sized bubbles

Venturi Mixing: Negative pressure draws in gas for efficient mixing

Hydrodynamic Cavitation: Bubble collapse generates localized high temperature and pressure, promoting ozone decomposition into hydroxyl radicals

That’s why I can also be called a Venturi Ozone Mixing System, a Hydrodynamic Cavitation Ozone Generator, and a High-Shear Nanobubble Diffuser.

What You Can Use Me For

If You’re Doing Advanced Oxidation Research

You can use the ozone micro-nano bubbles I produce to treat water samples containing contaminants. High-concentration ozone nanobubbles rise slowly and collapse, generating hydroxyl radicals that efficiently degrade organic pollutants. All you need to do is sample and analyze—I’ll handle the rest.

If You’re Doing Aquaculture Research

You can switch to pure oxygen mode and use the high-concentration oxygen nanobubbles I produce for high-density aquaculture oxygenation. Dissolved oxygen levels can be maintained above 40 mg/L, supporting your exploration of super-intensive farming possibilities.

If You’re Doing Microplastic Degradation Research

Researchers at Harbin Institute of Technology’s School of Environment used our equipment for this very purpose. They used ozone nanobubbles to treat polyethylene microplastics, achieving **67% degradation in 60 minutes**—a 191% improvement over conventional microbubble methods. You can replicate their experiments or explore your own research directions.

If You’re Doing Lake Remediation Research

You can take the system to the lakeshore and use the oxygen or ozone nanobubbles I produce to treat hypoxic bottom waters or suppress algal blooms. The compact size means one person can move it.

Questions You Might Have

X-CN-400 frequently asked questions visualized no oxygen cylinder water cooling multi-gas support

Q: Do I need an external oxygen cylinder?

A: No. The built-in high-concentration oxygen concentrator separates oxygen from air, maintaining stable 93% concentration.

Q: Will the ozone generator overheat during long runs?

A: No. We use water-cooled design—the circulating water carries away heat from the ozone tube, ensuring stability during extended experiments.

Q: Can I use an external gas source?

A: Yes. The system has an external gas inlet port. You can switch to external ozone, air, or other gases.

Q: Is the system complicated to operate?

A: Not at all. Three knobs control concentration, particle size, and flow rate. Turn it on and you’re ready to go.

Q: Do you support customization?

A: Yes. If you have special requirements for gas connections, control interfaces, or processing capacity, please discuss with our engineering team.
