1.Long Equipment Service Life:

The selected configurations and materials are all renowned brands both at home and abroad, ensuring the highest quality. In particular, the core part of the ozone equipment, the ozone discharge material, is made of 316L stainless steel. This is the top-grade stainless steel, highly acclaimed for its exceptional corrosion resistance. As is commonly known, when ozone is generated through high-voltage discharge in the discharge chamber, the high voltage and the resulting ozone both exert significant corrosive effects on the discharge material. This necessitates a discharge material with strong corrosion resistance. The 316L stainless steel we use for the discharge material is a material typically applied in the aviation industry, and its outstanding feature of high corrosion resistance ensures a long service life for our ozone equipment. This series of products is essentially maintenance-free.

2.Stable Equipment Operation:

A variable frequency power supply is employed. Since the frequencies required for ozone generation via high-voltage discharge vary, automatic frequency adjustment is essential. The variable frequency power supply currently adopted by our company enables automatic frequency tracking, thus ensuring a stable ozone output from the equipment. Additionally, our cooling technology plays a crucial role. Ozone gas is highly reactive, and if the temperature rises beyond a certain range, ozone will rapidly decompose back into oxygen, failing to achieve the desired disinfection effect. However, with our cooling technology, we can maintain the temperature within the optimal range for ozone, ensuring consistent and effective sterilization and disinfection over an extended period.

3.High Ozone Output and Concentration:

The principle of ozone generation involves high-voltage discharge, which ionizes oxygen atoms in the air to produce ozone. Therefore, a high-quality gas source, i.e., superior raw materials for ozone generation,is essential. This ensures a large volume of high-purity oxygen enters the ozone discharge chamber, thereby guaranteeing a substantial ozone output and a high ozone concentration.

During the warranty period, for any malfunctions resulting from product manufacturing quality issues, we will undertake the repair or replacement of the damaged components and accessories at no cost. In the event that on-site service or guidance is required, our after-sales service personnel will arrive at the location designated by you within 48 hours.
