Swimming Pool Ozone Generator

In a swimming pool ozone disinfection system, the gas-liquid mixing method plays a critical role, significantly influencing both the service life of the ozone generator and the overall disinfection performance. XINOZONE systems utilize negative pressure adsorption as the preferred gas-liquid mixing technique.

Swimming Pool Ozone Generator

XINOZONE systems utilize negative pressure adsorption as the preferred gas-liquid mixing technique.

The key advantages of the negative pressure ozone disinfection system include simple operation, high reliability, and low operating costs.

With XINOZONE swimming pool ozone generators,it reduces the investment in compressed air equipment. The air drying process is fully managed by preset programs, which provide real-time operational feedback while effectively preventing gas leakage and enhancing operational safety.

Furthermore, XINOZONE pool-specific ozone generators deliver high ozone concentration and stable output. The equipment incorporates imported electrical components and features moisture-proof and explosion-proof construction, ensuring long service life. A quiet operation design is also adopted, making the system highly suitable and valuable for swimming pool water treatment.

Product Features

The ozone generator utilizes a specialized ceramic-tube generation unit, which offers strong oxidation resistance, high pressure tolerance, high ozone output concentration, and extended service life.

The generation unit is designed with a modular structure for easy maintenance. A failure in one module does not affect the operation of others, ensuring high system reliability.

Integrated control of the air source systems and cooling systems makes installation and operation easy.

A dual cooling system combining both air and water cooling effectively maintains high stability throughout the ozone production process.

Equipped with a built-in PSA oxygen generation system, the unit is supplied with high-purity oxygen, contributing to increased ozone concentration.

The integrated hot regeneration drying system provides a high-quality dry air source with controlled dew point. When operating under negative pressure, it effectively prevents ozone leakage, ensuring safety and reliability.

An advanced PLC control system enables integrated management of ozone generation, gas source, and cooling subsystems, supporting intelligent and automated operation.

Centralized monitoring and protection cover all key components of the ozone dosing system—including detection instruments, water pumps, and off-gas destruction units. The system automatically triggers protective measures based on real-time data to maintain safe and reliable performance.

Designed with energy efficiency and environmental protection in mind, the system consumes only 7–9 kWh per kg of O₃ and operates quietly.

The unit is built with robust protection: the control cabinet conforms to Rittal standards, and the discharge tube power supply is housed in a sealed, moisture- and corrosion-resistant enclosure, suitable for demanding operating conditions.

Component Composition

The ozone mixing unit comprises a mixing pump, a jet injector, an exhaust valve, instrumentation controls, and other components. It integrates the jet injector, a backflow prevention device, and the exhaust valve with the mixing pump, eliminating the need for on-site installation and commissioning.

The unit employs an advanced gas-liquid mixing system. Water and ozone are first mixed and then processed through a gas-liquid separation system to produce ozone water at a specific concentration. A subsequent water-gas separation step removes undissolved ozone and oxygen from the mixture. This system offers high mixing efficiency and high ozone water production capacity.
