What's your warranty ?
Products come with 1-3 years of warranty (model-dependent). We offer free repair/replacement for non-human-caused defects during warranty, 7×24h online support, and lifelong paid maintenance.
How to place an order?
Confirm product model and quantity with our account manager, who will provide a formal quotation. After signing the contract and paying the advance, we'll start production immediately. Upon completion, we'll notify you for balance payment and delivery.
What payment options are available?
T/T, L/C (negotiable based on project needs)
What's the standard of package?
Inner box and out carton are made as per international standard and we can make special design according to customer's need. And if necessary,goods will be packed by pallet to avoid any damage.
Could you do OEM for us?
Sure,OEM is acceptable, and please supply with the brand letter of Authorization.
